Beautiful Lake House with pool and hot tub!

Gorgeous Lake House in the Lochwood subdivision! Featuring 3 bedrooms, suite on main level w/ king sized bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms in the basement w/ queen beds, large living room in basement w/ 2 pull out couches, and twin bunk. The club house is in the backyard of the home and includes a fitness center,pool table, foosball, pool,and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub open Memorial day-Labor day). Bear Lake and Marina are across the street! Beds for 12 ppl, licensed for 16 ppl, parking for 4-5 cars.

The Lazy Days Getaway

Amazing views of the lake and mountains inside and out. With a large covered wrap around deck & open floor plan you will find yourself feeling relaxed and that you are on vacation. Enjoy Ideal beach access, ATV/bike trails from the house (trailer parking), you will find plenty to do all year around! Main floor/Master Bedroom, king bed and 2nd bathroom. Basement/4 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and 2 with bunk beds also and 2 more bathrooms. Upstairs/Bunk room with 6 bunk beds. Sleeps 26 total!

Parties, Weddings, Waterfront, Christmas Decor

At Lake house. We allow Party Fun & with Extras included! Decorated for Christmas during December. Guest up to 20, 10 will need sleeping bags. Collect Eggs from free range chickens, Pasture horses $20 ea per day. 1 level house open floor plan. Play, barbecue, fish, on our 20 acre property. Seasonal eagles. Picnic tables. Rent Rv, tents, your dogs love the large beach area. Events welcome, weddings, family reunions, catering. Lake open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Sports teams rent our property.

Bear Lake Cabin: daily, weekly & monthly rates

Cabin is close to the beach and Bear Lake Golf Course. Includes access to Ideal Beach Resort (private beach.) Deck on 3 sides and very quiet! High-speed wifi. Minimum stays: weekend - 3 nights, weekdays - 2 nights, any holiday -4 nights. One dog allowed after host approval. We are flexible, DM me for custom stays and longer-stay discounts. We welcome people of all backgrounds with authentic hospitality.
