A beautiful studio and patio with its own private entrance. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.

Enjoy complete privacy with a separate entrance and easy highway access. Our spacious and quiet 1 bedroom suite is perfect for 3 guests, if 4-5 guests (excluding infants) are staying, a folding queen bed will be set for the additional guests in the living room area. Our house is located in Langford, just minutes from downtown Victoria. With a 2 minutes walk to Florence Lake, and a 4 minute drive to the shopping centre, you can easily reach everything you need and quickly access Highway 1 to explore the beauty of Vancouver Island.
