We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.

Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.

There is a kitchen with the usual equipment, solely for visitors, and a shower room. Wifi is available. We are surrounded by green fields, peace and quiet. It's a wonderful place for walking and cycling. Weather permitting, after a long day's walk, it's time to relax on the patio sofas with a good book and perhaps a G&T.
