The carriage house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with children 12 or older. NOTE: Guests must be 25yrs old+ to rent. Travelers insurance is encouraged.

The accommodation is not shared with the hosts, however we live on the property. We are located on Lady's Island, SC which is a 20 minute drive to Hunting Island Beach, Parris Island, and MCAS, as well as Historic Downtown Beaufort.The apartment is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood.
