The Mermaid Cottage in the Promise land!

The Mermaid Cottage is a newly renovated cottage that was originally built in 1932 in the charming historic district of Morehead City, NC! Our mermazing 2bedroom, 1.5bathroom (+ a outdoor shower) shore house features a open floor plan & unique accents perfect for a family friendly stay! The Cottage is conveniently located within a bike,paddle board, kayak ride (all provided) to some of the main attractions Morehead has to offer, all while being tucked right between Beaufort & Atlantic Beach!!!

Otway Burn's Snap Dragon Cottage

A studio apartment located 10 miles east of downtown Beaufort and 7 miles from Harkers Island. This spacious studio has hard wood floors, beautiful granite counter tops, convection oven, gas stove and large back patio. Access to the beach is available at Atlantic Beach (25 min. drive) or Radio Island (15 min. drive). Ferry services to Cape Lookout via Harkers Island (15 min. drive), Shackleford Banks via Beaufort (15 min. drive), and day trips to Ocracoke via Cedar Island (35 min. drive) nearby

The thoughtful design of this house makes it a group friendly, budget conscious, well-trained dog loving, retreat option.

Originally the Captain's Bridge Motel built in the 1970s, the interior has been renovated and furnished with a beachy vibe. The property boasts PRIVATE GAZEBO ACCESS to a beautiful, SECLUDED BEACH for the enjoyment of peaceful strolls, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks. We have a brand new pool built in 2020. 400 MBPS WIFI to stay fully connected. Coastal bike path for refreshing jogging, bike riding, or walking. Amazing restaurants are a short drive away. Walk downtown & shop, have dinner or listen to live music at a local hotspot. Don't miss the Rhum Bar at Stillwater - stunning views make it perfect to enjoy a painkiller & watch the sun set.

Shell Cottage DOG Friendly in Historic District

Our Shell Cottage features both a queen size bed in the Bedroom, and a queen size sofa-bed in the Living Room, the cottage sleeps a maximum of 3 persons. This cottage has an updated kitchen with a dishwasher and propane grill, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards are provided. There is one private parking space provided with the Shell Cottage, and one “well behaved” dog can accompany you with the payment of a $60 pet fee. Hi-Speed WiFi internet for remote working! No Smoking allowed.

Beaufort Cozy Cottage - Waterfront end of street

This tiny quaint cottage is located in the heart of historic downtown Beaufort NC. The value of the home is the location! The Beaufort Waterfront is just a block and a half away! As you head to the waterfront you will pass the home of the infamous pirate Blackbeard!!! Arrr Matey! Take a right at the waterfront... just 4 blocks away you will find local retail shops, ferry services, parasailing, catamarans, historic home tours, museum, restaurants, pubs and the famous Beaufort boardwalk.

We look forward to hosting you at Promise Land Studio. We are located in a friendly neighborhood, two blocks away from the sound with water access. We are walking distance to Morehead City downtown waterfront with restaurants, bars, shopping, nightlife, dive shops, art galleries, charter boats, fishing and kayaking. You can walk to Shevans park or drive 5 minutes to downtown Beaufort, 5 minutes to Atlantic beach and 25 min to Cherry Point. Boat ramp access is 2 blocks away (1 min).
