Peacefull and private. The RV is a 2017 38ft motorhome. It is parked next to a 1/2 acre pond with fish, ducks, ospreys, egrets, lots of other wildlife. You have your own porch over the pond. There are walking trails. It's located about 3 miles from downtown Bluffton and about 5 miles from Hilton Head Is. Full sized fridge, and full kitchen. There are also goats, pigs, geese, chickens, and squerrals.

Close to Parris Island, a lovely Lowcountry home with 6 spacious bedrooms at the end of a quiet street. Ideal for large family gatherings. A very clean, comfortable, & welcoming environment. Great location 4 miles to historic downtown Beaufort on the waterfront where you will find plenty of restaurants and shopping. A few miles from the new Spanish Moss Trail and a boat launch in nearby Port Royal.

Romantic Cottage for 2 - 10 min walk to downtown

The cottage was completely renovated in June 2022 and it is in heart of the National Historic District of Beaufort and only a 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to Bay Street and the Beaufort River. The cottage is also only a 10 minute drive to Paris Island and 20 minute drive to the beach and we provide a pass to the Hinton Island State Park / Beach.
