Delightful self contained cottage

The cottage is self contained and is a well designed space that accommodates a queen sized bed, bathroom and a separate study and is set in an enchanting cottage garden. The well equipped kitchen is in a separate space though part of the cottage and is accessed by its own door from the decking, so you don't have far to go. In the morning lorikeets and other wild birds come to feed and you will be awoken to the romantic sound of birdsong. During spring and summer the garden is at its loveliest.

Characterful house in great quiet location close to cafes, restaurants and shops on lively Seaview Parade. You'll be 15 minutes walk away from the beach and the train station for trips to Melbourne CBD. You'll also be in the heart of Melbourne's sports district before you know it attending the F1 Grand Prix, Tennis Open, AFL Grand Final. Our house has the usual facilities like aircon, netflix and also WiiU for the kids. There is also a relaxing deck in the back for soaking up the afternoon sun.
