It is walking distance from the famous Pointe-du-Chêne wharf and only roughly 50 feet from the Parlee Beach trail, no need to drive around all day! This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

For couples, friends or family - relax, play, retreat! :) In the SUMMER the capacity goes up to 12, with a 3rd BEDROOM & GAMEROOM! Large lot, my personal cottage is on the same property, you are welcome to enjoy the whole space. Ideal for paddle boarding, sea kayaking, wind surfing etc. My mother tongue is English, and I have a working knowledge of French. Only weekly bookings during July and August, Saturday to Saturday.
