Springtime is a good time if you want to listen to the bull frogs by the small pond, go hiking on the Appalachian trail at the top of the mountain and visit nearby Pine Grove where you will find a Pizza Shop, Turkey Hill Store and a Community Pool Blue Mountain Golf Course is within 5 miles. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cozy 2 bedroom cabin that sits a few feet from the creek. The property includes 2 acres of woods on the other side of the creek. Walk across the footbridge and down a short path to a small pond. The cabin was originally a hunting cabin. Over the years it was expanded and converted into a year round residence. The cabin had a 1970’s vibe, so when we renovated it we tried to keep that feel.

Our location at the foot of Blue Mountain is ideal for a get away, or a place to work plus relax. Seven miles from Hawk Mountain, and 3 miles from hiking (including the Appalachian Trail), biking, and the historic borough of Hamburg. Although rural, it is close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Enjoy pure comfort in our solar and geothermal heated and cooled modern house. There is possible additional sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.

溪谷农场

This creekside/pondside farmhouse is on 106 acres in Catawissa, PA. Two bedroom/ 1.5 baths. Can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Roaring Creek, a premiere trout stream, runs through the farm in addition to a nearby pond. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch while watching deer/turkey in the fields. Fire pit is in the back yard. Enjoy a welcome sampling of homemade, farm fresh produce/preserves upon arrival.
