Enjoy quiet cabin time or bring your snowmobile, UTV, or sled to ride the miles of trails throughout Dixie National Forrest. This area offers many outdoor activities, from caving, hiking, trail riding, snowmobiling, and all, a short drive to National Parks and monuments (Zion, Bryce, Cedar Breaks). 4WD REQUIRED IN WINTER.

Historic Pioneer Cabin

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. This property has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer, mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting, and fishing.

The Crows Nest

Two cabins nestled Eighty feet above the water and 17 acres of mountainside is yours! Enjoy endless birds, squirrels, and chipmunks along with peace and quiet and views out of this world! We are located only 20 mins scenic drive to Bryce Canyon NP, 10 min drive to Kodachrome Basin State Park and right at the door step to Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, 1.5 hrs drive to Capitol Reef NP, 1.5 hrs to Zion NP as well as many other great surrounding places to visit!
