The Loft is located on the second floor of historic Lawyers Row, circa 1840, in the heart of Centertown Bedford and close to the National D-Day Memorial, Poplar Forest, Smith Mountain Lake, The Peaks of Otter and the Blue Ridge Parkway. We think you’ll love the close proximity to Centertown's local shops and restaurants, and be impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into renovating our vintage building. Great for business travelers, romantic getaways, and passers thru.

Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. The Cottage at Roaring Run Farm is a relaxing two bedroom retreat nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The farm sits on 153 acres of rolling pastures between neighboring cattle farms that make up a 1,000 acres of contiguous farmland. The cottage features beautiful views of the Peaks of Otter Mountains among fields of grazing horses and donkeys. Sunrise and sunset are truly magical hours on Roaring Run Farm.

Lakehouse on Leesville Lake in Bedford County VA

My late wife, Gail, & I came out of retirement to renovate this unique home with a completely new kitchen, vinyl plank flooring, new deck & new well in the Fall of 2019. This 3 bedroom lakehouse is very secluded within about an hour drive from Lynchburg, Roanoke or Danville. The dock and boat ramp are especially convenient. Keep an eye out for eagles, osprey, deer, bear, turkeys, otters, geese & heron.
