There is a gorgeous view from the deck where visitors are welcome to relax. The guest space is a suite (entire floor) with two br (1 full, 1 twin), a kitchenette (in single room) and a full bath. Parking at top of paved drive may be necessary for rear-wheel drive cars during inclement weather.

Hosted by Flying Squirrel Cottages, Blue Ridge Bungalow is nestled in the highlands of NC in a small resort community of Linville Land Harbor. Linville River flows through the community and a dam creates a small peaceful lake that has a pool, beach area, & canoe / paddle board launch. Just beyond the lake is a community golf course. This cottage is very cozy with easy parking access. We just added a new hot tub to the cottage for your enjoyment!

Walk down the steps and jump in the 3rd cleanest lake in the country! Paddle our 17ft Canoe or 2 kayaks, view bald eagles or explore 105 miles of national forest. Then relax by the outdoor firepit to end your day with views of the sunset.
