Omschrijving Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is gevestigd in Oostwoud in het hart van Westfriesland. Het is een cottage-achtige woning gelegen achter ons glasatelier in de diepe tuin aan het water. Het is te huur als B&B maar ook als vakantiewoning voor een langere periode. Er is o.a. een Grand Cafe De Post om de hoek waar heerlijk gegeten kan worden en een pizza eettentje Giovanni Midwoud die ook bezorgd. Er is tegen betaling een motorbootje aanwezig. Excellent bus connection to Amsterdam downtown ( 19 min.) 2 to 8 times an hour. Or to the main Subway hub in Amsterdam North ( 16 min) .The busstop is at less then 90 meters from the apartment. By car 19 minutes to central station. Exellent location for bicycling, the Beemster polder is just 500 meters away.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

On the second floor of a rebuilt traditional Waterland house is this beautifully renovated apartment, once used as a hayloft. Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).
