Enjoy the beach and the bush in this stylish new build. It is a modern 3 level house with great views over the Bega Valley and incredible sunsets. The house includes a large open plan kitchen and living area with plenty of comfortable seating. Other rooms include a home theatre, a games room and an office space which has a fold out queen bed. The house is minutes away from beautiful pristine beaches and lakes. Native wildlife is visible in the back yard. It adjoins Bournda National Park. Enjoy!!

Get cosy and settle into this rustic romantic space. This is where you come to get away from the noise and pressures of todays world...NO WIFI and limited mobile services no electricity. Lay back in the bath with a veiw,cloud watch,read a book,listen to your favourite music,drink bubbles have cheese and bikkies,bath big enough for two. The caravan has gas cooking and hot water,lights are all solar powered,linen is supplied. BBQ area with great views of the bush. Come once and you'll be back.

THE STARGAZER Adorable pod with stunning views

Find peace & tranquility in this sweet & stylish space with views of a lake, forest & farmland. Experience solitude & privacy with only a small distant cottage in sight. Swim in the river, see the stars at night, Roos at dusk & dawn and a few cows. It is off-grid with solar power and water must be carted in. For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊

Pet friendly, with secure enclosure at the back of the house if needed. Beautiful established gardens. Easy wheelchair access. Host close-by for local info and assistance if required.

A nature lovers paradise perfect for couples, families or a group getaway. Hiking Groups & Birdwatchers will love this place. Kangarutha Farm (100HA) is a hidden treasure, close to Tathra (1.6 km). There are several km's of trails on the property with wildlife including kangaroos, gliders, possums, eagles, and over 100 bird species. The property borders Bournda NP and trails lead to the "Kangarutha Coastal Walk". The Kalaru to Tathra bike path passes the property gate.

Belle Vue Apartment - Merimbula home with a view

Belle Vue apartment, located 1,2km from the town center, has spectacular views overlooking Lake and Bay area, 65 meters above sea level. The boardwalk is just 7 minutes away. You will be greeted with wine and a snack. A light breakfast provided of muesli, milk, toast, butter, jam and honey. This apartment is located beneath the owner’s home. There are 2 long flights of stairs down to the apartment, guests need to be fit.

Separate bathroom, open plan living area with log fire, large flat screen TV, DVD player, Nespresso coffee machine and outdoor gas BBQ. All bedding and linen is supplied including some essential toiletries.
