There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

A piscina localiza-se a 50 metros e pode ser utilizada durante a sua estadia. Este é um espaço acolhedor e ideal para quem procura estar no meio da natureza e desfrutar do silencio. Part of the Quinta has been separated from the house and converted into a nice apartment with private access. Ideal for couples or families. It has a spacious bedroom, private bathroom, kitchen and relax room, where 2 children can sleep (total 75m2).
