The little Blue House of hunting and fishing - Belhaven a Sportsman’s paradise from duck, bear, and deer hunting to crabbing, flounder fishing or gigging to a variety of fish species year around. A two minutes walk from the house you can enjoy shopping and dining, visit the marina for the sunset.

River Watch Retreat

You will not forget your stay at the River Watch Retreat, and will want to tell your friends. This beautiful cabin offers a full NW view of the Carolina Blue Sky and setting sun on ENC's Trent River. Interior is paneled in locally sourced Poplar with Cedar accents. Beadboard and custom ceramic tile compliment the bathroom. Sleeping options: foldout couch downstairs and futon in loft. *Watch Bald Eagles, Geese, Heron and Osprey from 2 elevated decks a stone's throw from the water!

Use as a workspace or a base to explore the local waterfront, shops & restaurants while learning about Washington's place in the Revolutionary and Civil Wars including the Underground Railroad. Visit the NC Estuarium and enjoy the many water activities on the Tar-Pamlico River. Hike the trails in Goose Creek State Park just 10 miles away. Then come back and relax!

You will be close to everything when you stay at this beautiful, bright and airy historic home centrally located in downtown New Bern with a Waterview, a white picket fence back yard for your dogs to run around in, and parking big enough for trailer, boat, or U-Haul. Use our bikes and take a ride or walk along the river to all the restaurants and attractions that downtown New Bern has to offer. You can launch your paddle board or kayak right in the river about 300 ft from our backyard.

This home showcases it's original architectural detail with Victorian-Craftsman Style woodwork and has been thoughtfully transformed over the last century. The fenced in backyard includes a hot tub and spacious back porch that is perfect for relaxing, grilling, drinking a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. It's just a short walk or bike ride for easy access to historic downtown Washington!

Whether you’re traveling to hunt, fish, or simply escape from daily life, make ‘The Boathouse’ your next home away from home. The Boathouse is recently renovated and well equipped. It offers on-site access to the Pungo River and Intracoastal Waterway. Sip your morning coffee on the deck or patio, then utilize the private boat ramp and head out on the water. Following your outdoor adventure, gather around the fire pit for s’mores and relish a beautiful sunset.

Dockside Daze/Riverfront/Sunday checkout 5pm

Dockside Daze is a beautiful waterfront home overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check out 5:00pm Sundays only.
