One of two studio apartments that are located on the lower level of our home. Spacious and cool, situated on our tree-filled property in a residential area of Caye Caulker. Each unit has a full kitchen, A/C, fans, hammock, wifi, queen size bed, futon, unlimited drinking water, and BIKES! BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.

We’re located about 1.5 miles South of San Pedro (& the Island Airstrip & Water Taxi terminals). This equates to about a 10 minute drive from the airstrip (or water taxi terminals) to the property. The property backs to a littoral jungle, and is surrounded by tropical gardens. The beach can be accessed by a 1-2 minute walk from the property.
