The master suite has a king bed, full bathroom & Smart TV. The 2nd floor suite has ocean view balcony, 2 queen beds, full bathroom, TV, small fridge & coffee pot. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king bed & a full bathroom. Main floor has a dinning room, an open living room w/2 twin beds that can convert to a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, large smart TV with Wi-Fi & cable throughout the house. Laundry room area with 1 twin bed. We are certified Belize Gold Standard.

Private home with large lot allowing for privacy but close enough to town to easily get to restaurants and the split. Open concept living space with vaulted open ceilings. Located in a quiet residential area of the south island, min. from the village, close enough to be convenient but just far enough to be quiet and secluded . Three bicycles (free) and two hammocks as well as a charcoal BBQ. (you buy the charcoal) . The house has TV with cable and free Wi-Fi . Lots of fans to keep cool!

Equipped with coffee/tea facilities, mini fridge, A/C, fan, hammock, WiFi, unlimited drinking water, Smart TV w/ Netflix logged-in, and best of all - BIKES included! BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.
