Best outdoor living! Peaceful Studio with ocean view on the reef side. Have coffee or a cocktail on the veranda with the Caribbean breeze while watching the turquoise water. This rental is not oceanfront, but you will have beachfront access through the hotel property next to us. We care about environment and we add 12 solar panels to provide solar energy in all the property. We also have a rain water vat to have access to rain water when rain season is in with a shift to city water when no rain. We use only bio detergents.

One of two studio apartments that are located on the lower level of our home. Spacious and cool, situated on our tree-filled property in a residential area of Caye Caulker. Each unit has a full kitchen, A/C, fans, hammock, wifi, queen size bed, futon, unlimited drinking water, and BIKES! BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.
