Spring is upon us here in the Lakes Region! Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away and vistas to enjoy the season are all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room for your boat and trailer as the summer season arrives! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.

Our barn sleeps 5, has full kitchen, bar, pool table, 65 inch TV and bath with shower. The barn has 1 queen & 4 single beds in the loft. A perfect place to hang out with a few friends. Minimum age of primary renter 25. MAX 5 guests staying, please do not book if you have more. No parties.
