Welcome to our mountain cottage home! We are located on a one-house street in the heart of Bella Vista, just off Chelsea Road, convenient to the Tunnel Vision trail, AR 71, and I-49. The Kingswood Golf Course, Bella Vista Country Club, and Tanyard Nature Trail are within 2 miles. Kingsdale Recreation and Riordan Hall facilities are less than 1.5 miles away with miniature golf, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, shuffle board, horse shoes, fitness center, and a seasonal swimming pool.

The master bedroom even has an adjustable king bed to help you recover from all your activities!

Private entrance, a serene bedroom, cozy living area, and kitchenette. Savor quiet mornings on the dock, stargaze beside the fire pit, or take a short drive to Crystal Bridges. If navigating slopes and multiple steps is difficult, this space may not be the best fit.

We have plenty of options to create lifetime memories at our Small Escape!

We back up to Tanyard Creek Trail and waterfall which is a popular destination in Bella Vista. You will enjoy custom decor and tons of nature.
