This comfy, remodeled place has new fireplace and wood stove, decks, and a newly completed screened in porch. Quiet area where you can hear the birds sing and relax while you over look the lake. Close to swimming pool, exercise facility, golfing. 20 minutes from downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges and bike trails in Bella Vista and Bentonville area.

Our cozy home gives you the choice to be in action: biking, hiking + exploring the local coffee culture/restaurants or to relax: listen to nature or read a book on the couch/outside. Full kitchen for cooking. Bike storage is in the backyard shed (we provide the key). Smart TV has Netflix only but you can log into your other accounts. No basic cable. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.

All basic (soap, hair dryer) items supplied including a fully equipped kitchen. 6 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 sofa twin, & 1 full bed and full futon bed with 2.5 bathrooms (see access section.) Arcade games, in/outside games, a game table for cards/puzzle building, and a full-sized foosball game.
