Our pet friendly cottages are on 5 beautiful acres of natural bushland between the magnificent Great Ocean Road and renowned surfing location, Bells Beach. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 car spaces and is fully self-contained, complete with BBQ and outdoor entertaining area. Wake up to the peaceful sounds of native birds and views of our garden and nearby dam. With wood fires inside and Netflix provided this is the perfect year-round retreat for families, couples, and lovers of the outdoors.

The house comfortably sleeps 6 people plus a day bed. Located in the Sands Estate its an easy 4km ride/walk along the beach path to beaches, shops,restaurants and bars of central Torquay

The property is set high with spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and everything needed to relax and recharge. Centrally located, it is only 25-40 mins from Lorne, Torquay, Anglesea, Birregurra, Geelong and the attractions of the Great Ocean Road. Three hat restaurant Brae is also close by. Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck. Cooking facilities: BBQ, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster. Dog friendly. PLEASE - dog bath before arrival, bring a towel for muddy/sandy paws.
