Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

Our charming cottage forms part of a grade 2 listed mill, residing in the tranquil hamlet of Wensley just outside the market town of Leyburn. The contemporary country style loft cottage is warm and welcoming. The cottage is rural and surrounded by fields in all directions. Rest and relax in front of the log burner on a cold winter's evening or unwind with a glass of your favourite tipple in the enclosed garden with hot tub looking out over the idyllic views of Wensleydale, towards Penn Hill.

Built in 1850 as a barn this historic space was recently sympathetically converted into a beautiful one-bedroomed fully equipped cottage with original features and modern comforts. Located just a 2 minute stroll away from Leyburn, our spacious and secluded ground-floor annexe is a self-contained apartment attached to our main house with access to our large garden and outdoor space. The annexe also has ramped access so is suitable for less mobile guests. We are ideally positioned for visitors wishing to explore the area on foot, bike, bus, or car and there are a number of fabulous walks right from our door.
