Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Rosetta Heights is a uniquely located contemporary townhouse with spectacular views of MONA and the River Derwent. The architecturally designed home was built in 2022 and is perfect for couples, groups or a small family. With only an 18 minute drive to Hobart CBD, 6 minutes to MONA and a vast range of eateries within nearby Moonah, this property is super convenient and is sure to please. Nearing the top of the hills, backing on to peaceful bushland, you will most likely see a few Kangaroos.

Your family will be super comfortable with this cottage as ‘home base’ as you explore Tasmania’s wild south. Just 5min walk from Bellerive waterfront, with daily ferries into Hobart, restaurants, gyms, grocery store, beach, walking track and parks… There’s easy access to highways for Huon Valley or Tasman Peninsular day trips. Our cosy one bedroom one bathroom studio accommodation has easy access and is centrally located on Hobart's eastern shore, just 5 minutes (4.5 klms) drive from the CBD and and 3 minutes drive (15 min walk) to local shopping centres. Beautiful views of Mount Wellington, the Tasman Bridge and Hobart's suburbs this studio is well appointed with a queen size bed, kitchenette, refrigerator and air conditioning.
