It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. This is a modern apartment situated in quiet area. It has a private entrance. Buza 2 cocktail bar and swimming point are 50 m away where you can have a drink and enjoy sunset or have a swim and cliff diving. Location of apartment is great. It takes 5 minutes to get to Old port where you can buy tickiet for one day trips to nearby islands. It takes around 10 minutes on foot to get to Banje beach, 5 minutes to entrance of city walls and less then 5 minutes to grocery store, museums, cathedral..
