You will have easy access to the pond and river. Seeing elk and bald eagle are common, especially during fall and winter. Please read all listing information and photos to make sure this is the right fit for you. The hosts live on the property, but your privacy is priority. Higher clearance vehicles are suggested.

Welcome to our comfy cozy fully-furnished casita in our beautifully landscaped charming historic neighborhood! This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

Quiet cabin that is close to Lake Murray, Lake Texoma, the Arbuckle Wilderness Area and Turner Falls with ATV and Jeep trails at Crossbar Ranch in Davis plus lots of attractions in Sulphur. Numerous Casinos and gaming attractions - just a great place to explore. It is 9 miles to Madill and 13 to Ardmore, both of which have grocery stores and WalMarts although most of the restaurants are to be found in Ardmore. Stop on the way in and pick up your provisions, there is a full size fridge/freezer.

This private suite is for the solo traveler or professional. This property has large pollinator and native plant gardens that nature lovers will enjoy. Located in a quiet family neighborhood, this suite is within walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, trails, colleges, and an art museum. Long term tenants have laundry access.
