A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

A relaxing ferry trip from West Seattle or Fast Ferry from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private walk in cottage, right on the edge of the water. Watch the ferries go by and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, BBQing, a forest hiking trail with sea and mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minutes walk from the cottage.

Yet it’s less than 2 miles from downtown and 1.5 miles from the vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood to the west, easily accessible by two bus lines. **Please note that the alternate tread stairs are not appropriate for children, animals, or people with reduced mobility.**
