Coffee shops, international restaurants and beer gardens sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. *Plentiful free parking in front of home. Pass provided. *We do our own cleaning, so intentionally keep the fee low.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit... easy I-90 access... 15 minutes to seattle, 10 minutes to bellevue, 15 minutes to Redmond and 25 minutes to the Pass .. situated on 3 acres with creek running thru, can walk out and be at lake in 5 minutes, enjoy a little bit of country close to everything. Modern Oasis in Ballard. New cottage w/ 1.5 baths

Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right in front of the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

A relaxing ferry trip from West Seattle or Fast Ferry from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private walk in cottage, right on the edge of the water. Watch the ferries go by and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, BBQing, a forest hiking trail with sea and mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minutes walk from the cottage.
