In the historic Lettered Streets neighborhood, walk to all the great breweries and restaurants. Although this house was built in the late 1800's... the studio is new, bright, and a perfect getaway. Unique and tranquil getaway. The Walnut hut is a cozy rustic cabin on our 9 acre permaculture biodynamic farm. Peaceful country setting. We are about 6 miles from Bellingham, Lynden and Ferndale, and 17 miles from the Canadian border. Seasonal Farmstand. Farm tours available by appointment. Bathroom with shower in a nearby building, and an outdoor kitchen usually available April thru October. Microwave and fridge available year round.

We built the Tiny Guest House for friends and family and love sharing the space with people traveling to Bellingham. The tiny house is within walking distance of both WWU (1.0 mile) and downtown (0.8 miles). The Guest House is quite small (200sf); it has a queen bed in the loft and a full sized futon on the main floor. And while it has NO kitchen, we do offer a microwave, mini fridge, and keurig coffee, tea and cocoa machine.
