This is a cozy unique unit with its own private entrance. It is 4 blocks from the beach and is located on a dog park in a large Victorian house. It comes with two beach badges! It is in a very desirable location. It is a 4 minute walk to the downtown Restaurants and shops. It is short walk to Asbury Park and restaurants, in 8 minutes. If you leave the house you walk straight and are at the lake, and the restaurants and shops in Asbury Park. It is a few minute drive to Jersey Shore hospital.

Just a quick walk over the bridge to get to the famous Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk and Strollo's The "Lighthouse" ice cream place! There are so many arcades, bars, amusement rides and entertainment on the boardwalk. You also have beach access for all you beach goers! If you're into live music be sure to check out the Warfside and Patio Bar! just 2 blocks way! Our house is located in the perfect spot for you to have quite a memorable time while staying at our home! Hope to hear from you soon!

Adorable water-front studio! Minutes-Asbury Park

Unwind in this cozy waterfront studio- direct water access with sunsets that poems are written about. Enjoy the bay views in the lounge chairs provided or use the paddle board/kayak for a cruise around the river. Ride the bikes (2 provided) only a quick .5 m to the ocean beach or 2 blocks to the bay beach. Convenient to many fine shore restaurants.
