Relax in the many large spaces this open plan home enjoys or unwind with a drink n BBQ watching the sunset over the lake. Perhaps take a 5 min walk to the cosmopolitan cafes/restaurants and lakeside pleasures. Or bike riding some of the 20km of cycling track around the lake edges or even some dedicated mountain bike trails nearby. We have two mountain bikes available!

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

A short stroll across the road is patrolled Caves Beach where you can go for a swim, surf or explore the famous Caves and rock pools. If work or rain calls, rest assured Beachside House has free WIFI and 3 smart tv's for relaxing while on holidays.

Gorgeous, swimmable ocean and channel beaches are less than 10 minutes walk away from the cottage. Surrounded by a spacious garden and well away from any traffic, you can completely relax in this home away from home whilst only having to drive 5 minutes to reach the spectacular Caves Beach, major supermarkets and cafes.

Fully self contained studio with private entrance. Suitable for couples, solo or business travellers. The studio is 15 minutes walk to the lake and pedestrian cycleway. Coles shopping centre, boutiques, banks, post office, newsagent, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, hotel and bowling club are nearby. By car it’s a 20 minute drive to Newcastle, Merewether and Nobbys beach. The closest major shopping centres are Mt Hutton, Charlestown and Kotara.
