Our studio guest house is located in Villa Heights, between the Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, which offer plenty of good food, breweries, and music. *This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Our property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. There is Roku TV.

Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 450 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. Bright Side Inn

The Bright Side Inn is located on the grounds of Bright Side Youth Ranch. Only 30 minutes from Charlotte NC, this renovated travel trailer is nestled on the 15 peaceful acres of the ranch. Features include a queen bed with 2 bunks with comfortable bedding. The living area includes a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and sofa. Amenities include linens, dishes, coffee and treats for the horses. Enjoy a walk around the pond, meet the horses and warm up next to an evening fire.

Equipped with a full kitchen including all the utensils you need to make the perfect meal (Pots, pans, Keurig, waffle maker, toaster). House includes three bedrooms, one bath. Two bedrooms have queen beds with a bonus bedroom that has three twin beds. Our bathroom is a recently renovated tiled shower. No parties allowed on the premises.
