Relax inside, on the covered porch overlooking the river, or at the fire pit enjoying a beautiful evening. Take advantage of the private kayak launch for river access and the backyard propane grill! Our cottage is conveniently located in the ANF for every type of outdoor adventure! River fun, hiking, mountain biking, Kinzua Dam area and more are all close by.

Take it easy at this peaceful, family friendly, vacation spot. Fish, swim, kayak, golf, visit wineries or just watch nature. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie. The beach is an 15 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, you may hear music. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass near by. This may disturb your sleep, especially if you are a light sleeper. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

The entrance of the park is steps from our lakehouse, inside are beautiful grounds with pavilions, grills, playgrounds, volleyball & more! Decor & furniture are subject to change due to upgrading
