A cosy unit that has everything you need but it's the seclusion shared with an olive grove ,sheep and poultry that is what makes this place unique. A true nature experience . Situated midway between Melbourne and Sydney it is ideal stop over. Ideally located to the snow, wineries, gourme region, lakes or for just chilling. Lima South and Oak Gully are a great place for a quiet weekend getaway. A comfortable, self-contained flat with full kitchen, living&bedroom with double bed. We are a dog friendly host (unfortunately we have decided to not host cats) We are perfectly situated between Mansfield and Benalla. Mountainbiking and bushwalking, right at the doorstep or explore the wider area. 2km from Lake Nillahcootie. 50min from the base of Mt Buller. Benalla and Winton Raceway are 25 and 30mins away.

The bedroom format includes 1 King size, 1 Queen size with ensuite, 2 king singles beds in 1 Bedroom and one bungalow not attached to the house, with a Queen size bed - sleeps eight people.

Our home is simple, neat, and organised. It's a home away from home. 'The Cream Brick House' is situated on the outskirts of Wangaratta (5km from CBD). Wangratta's rail trail bike track is right out the front door. A perfect home to relax for families, couples, or singles. Surrounded by gardens, fruit trees, and farm land. It has large court yard for a BBQ or entertaining. A large backyard - for a kick of football, cricket, or watching the natural surroundings.

A place to relax, situated on a 5 acre property with lots of space for parking. Our home is adjacent to this accommodation, we are not tolerant of drugs and parties. Minimum 2 night stay. 20A outlet for EV charging. Hot Tub / Spa for relaxing and soaking out the pains of a long drive. North east Vic has a plethora of things to see and do, no matter your taste.
