Chukar's Nest is located only six blocks from the Old Mill District, Deschutes River, Riverbend & Farewell Bend parks. Our 1-level, 1459 SF custom home built in 2005 offers a great room floorplan, hardwood floors throughout, living room w/ gas fireplace, dining room w/ seating for 6, and a fully stocked kitchen w/ island seating & newer appliances. The bedrooms have memory foam mattresses & luxury linens. The hall bookshelf has a plethora of good books, puzzles, and games for adults and kids.

Riverfront cabin w/ fantastic location! Conveniently located to the Sunriver Village (5 min) & Mt. Bachelor (20 min). Take it easy @ this unique, round house perched over the Spring River w/ 2 levels of decking, hot tub & private dock! Enjoy snow activities, hiking & biking. Kayaks, SUP, canoe & bikes available during summer.Stunning 180 degree views of the river. House is well stocked w/ all the creature comforts. This home is truly a peaceful oasis for some fun and R&R! 1 dog limit, $100 fee.

Thank you for your interest in The Cozy Lookout Tower! Our unique vacation home is really a destination location rather than just a place to stay while you explore the area. Many of our guests are repeat guests that use our home as a place to recharge, relax, cook, read, talk, play games and connect with that special someone. There are some lovely hikes in the area, we encourage you to bring your dog and enjoy the beautiful surroundings by taking some hikes then returning for a soak in the tub!
