This quiet, wooded, centrally-located, standalone bungalow is steps from the Deschutes River trail, easy walking distance to Mill Dist. and Hayden Amphitheater. It boasts a comfy king bed w/premium down bedding and pillows, dedicated free parking (incl. extra cars or small RV), outdoor dining and patio area, washer/dryer, and kitchen fully stocked with everything you need for fun and relaxation for all seasons!

This tranquil room is sealed off from the main house and comes with a private deck entrance and all the amenities you need to enjoy Bend. 10 min drive/20 min bike ride to downtown. The room boasts an ensuite bath with 2 separate sinks and shower. Large walk-in closet as well. Large screen Smart TV on swivel mount comes with Netflix. Small dining area includes mini fridge, Nespresso machine, toaster, and microwave. Quiet neighborhood close to local dog parks and Pilot Butte state park.

Located in one of Bend’s most walkable neighborhoods, this studio is a couple blocks away from Columbia Park with easy walking access to Drake Park, Harmon Park, McKay Park and the Old Mill District (and amphitheater). After (or before) you’ve explored nearby shopping and food, head out and explore the endless outdoor activities such as skiing, Mt. Biking, rafting, fishing, and much more! You are short pedal to Phils Trails, a 5 min walk to Mt. Bachelor’s Park n Ride (or 25 min. drive).

Perfect for a peaceful, private get away! Great for a single, couple, up to 4 people + children & pets. Located in the woods in Bend, 10 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from stores, dining, and 35 minutes from Mt. Bachelor. Ample parking and a private entrance so you can come and go as you please. A large yard space for animals. We are easy going, flexible hosts. If you have a special request, we will do our best to accommodate your individual needs if possible.

This beautiful and updated townhouse is located just blocks away from the Old Mill District. You can walk or ride down to the Hayden Homes Ampitheater, shopping, dining and of course the Deschutes River. The 2 bedroom 2 bath house itself is surrounded by trees and is very private. You will love the full tile shower in the master bathroom and the light and bright kitchen with updated appliances. This place is a perfect mix of comfort and location.

We live around the corner with our kids, a golden retriever, and a few cats. Mike’s a local realtor, and Betsy manages business ops for Bend Fire & Rescue.
