This is a first-floor studio apartment consisting of two rooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. The decoration is trendy and the colors selected are made in pastel tones. The house is ideal for groups of friends but also for families with young children. There is the possibility of professional disinfection of the house by a specialized company. The apartment is 27 m2,can also accomodate childrens up to 5 years old as you notify us in good time and located on the first floor. It has balcony on both sides.
