The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Allen House (calm retreat)

Not so much driving when you're centrally located between Tri-Cities and Prosser--18 minutes each way. Property sits on 1.5 acres on a small hill, and your private space is located in the rear of house where there's no activity but lots of great views of vineyards and the Yakima River. Nearby services include a gas station, and easy entry into Benton City proper for churches, groceries, post office, dining and wineries. Owners are a quiet couple who look forward to making your visit memorable.

Mim's Place. Grandma's peaceful country home.

Mim's Place is a special place where all are welcome. Grandma Mim and Grandpa Pat built our little country farmhouse in 1940. It is a modest peaceful home surrounded by cattle and alpaca farms. Quail, dove birds and big horned owl are seen daily. Enjoy the sunrise over Horse Heaven Hills or the remarkable sunset as it falls over Mt. Adams. Only 3 miles away is Vintners Village, home to over 12 wineries and and great food. Prosser boasts over 35 wineries and is home to many wine events.

Just 5 minutes from WSU, Hanford, PNNL, Kadlec Medical Centers and two beautiful Columbia River parks. You can walk to shopping & it's 3-4 blocks to access the Richland RiverfrontTrail. Relax in the luxurious, spacious shower, lounge in the comfortable king-sized bed, or be productive at your own work station. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

Need a place to hang your hat? The Bunkhouse at Sage Farm, located within the Red Mountain American Viticulture Area, offers a cozy space with amazing views of Red Mountain, Horse Heaven Hills, orchards, & vineyards. If you travel light and want to live like a local this is a great stay for you. Have coffee on the porch. Enjoy the views. Thumb through the small library. Explore nearby wineries. Rest. You'll feel refreshed when it's time to saddle up and hit the trail.

West Richland Retreat: Cozy 2BR/2BA

This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is equipped with high speed WiFi, air condiitoning, and an in unit washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a luxurious queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and ample closet space. The second bedroom, equally inviting, offers another cozy queen bed and easy access to the second full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essential cookware to make it easy to whip up meals.
