Cabin is about 10 miles from downtown and is over 100 years old but has been completely restored to its original glory. Very secluded and wonderfully tranquil spot to relax and refresh. Bring your furry friends with you! We are located close to the White River and Lake Leatherwood park as well as Beaver Lake which is about 5 minutes away.

Come & kayak, swim, fish, boat, or water play all day. Enjoy the large wrap-around deck with 2 separate seating areas. Plan a BBQ, relax around the fire table or soak in the hot tub under the stars. Unwind in the cabin with the wood burning stove & spend some quality time with family for game night.

The home is unique to the area and features a casual, modern space that is peaceful and welcoming. Situated in a somewhat remote location in the woods that surround Beaver Lake. It is 30 min from Crystal Bridges Museum and about 45 min from Eureka Springs. It is part of Lost Bridge Village and about 10 min from Marina that rents boats. LGBT friendly and great for sailors, divers, couples, solo adventurers. The site is quite STEEP however and not for everyone. Wifi often goes out in storms.

Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Our home has easy access to hwy 412, but is secluded on 20 acres with wonderful 360 degree views. Huge wraparound deck for grilling and enjoying sunsets. Hot tub open year round, pool open May 1- Oct 1 (not heated). Gas fireplace available Oct-March.
