Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Welcome to our Bella Vista private basement mini-suite close to Little Sugar, Back 40, Blowing Springs, and Tanyard Creek Trials. Ride your MTB bike a short distance to access Little Sugar right from our suite. We are a short drive to Bella Vista dining, shopping, and golfing. Drive 5 miles to access the northern end of Slaughter Pen Trails. Drive 7 miles to access Coler Preserve North Trail. Interested in birding and beautiful waterfalls - Tanyard Creek is a 1.5-mile drive from the unit.

If you're a traveling professional or student, look no more. The downstairs includes a living room great for conversation, TV watching, and dinner parties. A dynamic office space engineered to inspire and boost your productivity; kitted with a monitor, standing desk, and glass whiteboard. Welcome to the Bears' Den - A secluded and cozy lakefront stay on a three acre pine grove. Lake access. Pet friendly. The space includes a queen bed + sleeper sofa. Relax with a sunrise coffee and lake view on the front porch and your favorite drink in the hot tub on the back deck at night. Work remote with included high speed internet. <15 min drive to War Eagle Mill, numerous trails in Hobbs State Park, and Rocky Branch Marina. <30 min to Downtown Rogers. <45 min to Eureka Springs.

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available to borrow. Please inquire for details.

Studio apartment in a rural estate setting. Attractions in immediate area include, Sassafras Springs Winery & event venue; Stone Chapel at Matt Lane Farm event venue < 15 minutes, public lake access. Approximately 11 miles/20+ minutes to U of A/downtown Fayetteville. Access to all of NWA's attractions via Don Tyson Parkway to I-49. Easy access to Razorback Greenway from Botanical Garden of the Ozarks/Lake Fayetteville trailhead.
