Our Airstreams include several polished vintage trailers offering a unique getaway with convenient access to all the best rides, drives, and adventures in Northwest Arkansas. Each unit has a bathroom, AC / Heating, refrigerator, microwave, patio w/BBQ. We also provide 3 premium bath houses, with upscale interiors, placed conveniently throughout the site providing access to large tile showers.

The Hippy Camper

The Hippy Camper is located in our campsite "Happy Hippy Acres". Nestled in the woods at the highest point of our property, it is a scenic, and quiet area. If you like PRIMITIVE camping, you'll love our camper. It has a compost toilet(10 gallon bucket with seat), and portable water. The sun and stars will guide your way, along with your camping gear. Located near Hobbs State National Park, and Beaver Lake, it's an ideal place for the avid, PRIMITIVE camper. Don't forget to bring your hammocks!

Cozy camper sleeps 4 adults with one queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds. The camper sits in our driveway with full AC/heat and water. We are minutes from the downtown Bentonville square. The Razorback Greenway is right behind our house, and 15 minutes from the Back 40 trails. Bikes can safely be stored in the garage. Other local amenities less than 10 minutes away include the 8th Street Market, AMP, Crystal Bridges, and the Pinnacle Mall.

BN (Bentonville Northern) Rails above the Trails is a unique space located just outside beautiful Bentonville AR city limits on a hill above the extensive biking trail system. We have refurbished a 1967 Burlington Northern Caboose and transformed it into a unique space to relax and recharge.
