You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

Make yourself comfortable on one of the 3 stacked decks overlooking the lake. Enjoy outdoor cooking? Make use of the provided gas grill. Outside enjoy hiking trails. stocked pond, zip line, swimming pool, horseshoe pits, frisbee golf course, fire pit and campfire area.
