The condo/townhouse has a most spectacular view of the bay and of Birdsong Marina. The private unit has a bedroom and full bathroom upstairs in the loft. On the main level, you will find a a full kitchen, dining area, and living room complete with a balcony finished with seating and a propane grill. The private dock is ready for your boat. This is the perfect spot to live it up or relax it down. We also rent one of the other condos laid out similarly but decorated differently for more guests.

Fully fenced in area in back with hot tub, gas fire pit, hammock, outdoor swing, seating area, lounge chairs, charcoal grill, and outdoor shower. This home also has a wood burning fire pit located at the side of the home along with chairs, outdoor swing, and picnic table for your enjoyment. Our home is right on the Tennessee River side of Kentucky Lake. We have our own personal boat ramp, so you can drop your boat in, or enjoy a nice walk along the shoreline. We have gorgeous views from almost every room in the house. Our family enjoys staying here for extended periods of time since we are able to WORK FROM HOME with our surprisingly fast internet for the remote location. **Due to the size of our home, we allow up to 6 adults and up to 10 if the rest are children.**
