Nestled at the end of a quiet street is our 1,790 sq. ft. split bedroom, one level townhome with an awesome 20 x12 sunroom (air and heated) overlooking 7th fairway/Brittany, updated kitchen with granite etc 2024. Approx. .50 from the Dogwood Golf Course, exercise facility, 400 yds. to Back 40 Trails, 15 min. to Bentonville (shops, restaurants) , Crystal Bridges and Pinnacle hills. (shops, dining and entertainment activities). We are surrounded by 6 golf courses, 7 lakes and natural beauty.

Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. There's a walkout deck leading to the stairs going down to the firepit. The Suite is within the residence, but completely separate.
