Entire Beach Front 5BR Villa

Spend a peaceful and great time in a beach front comfortable apartment. We have 5 AC rooms ( 3 rooms on 1st floor) with private bathrooms at our property and 4 of them include a sitting area with a sea view where you can relax. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens and dinning areas in each floor. There is a laundry area and a living room. Garden faces to the sea which you can directly access to the beach. BBQ facilities, sunbeds are provided in the garden. You can spend time watching sun set.

Kikili Paddy Apartment - one bedroom

Kikili Paddy is a beautiful ground floor apartment (2 storey building), in the quiet village of Mihiripenna, on Sri Lanka's South Coast. It sits beside a picturesque paddy field, in a peaceful spot, only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and a tuk tuk ride from the attractions of Galle Fort, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. This cozy, one-bedroom, self-contained, air-conditioned apartment, opens onto a private terrace overlooking the verdant paddy fields; (and also has occasional use of a pool).

Beautiful apartment directly on the beach. We are happy to welcome guests to stay at our beautiful architectural house. Located in the quiet end of the beach only 5 minutes walking distance (on the beach) to the vibrant Hikkaduwa surfing beach. You'll have private access to the garden, kitchen and various dining areas. The house is managed by our lovely staff Jenith and Dilani whom will be happy to help with any requests as well as preparing meals upon request - they are wonderful chefs.

The apartment has a back-up generator for the constant power cuts and unlimited high speed fiber optic WiFi. The beaches of Mihiripenna/ Dalawella/ Thalpe/ Unawatuna are just a few minutes away and can be easily reached by foot or even faster by scooter/ tuk tuk. Galle Fort is just 15 minutes away by scooter.

Welcome to our jungle home, only 10 minutes walk from the fantastic beach in Hikkaduwa. Our garden is a green oasis where you can enjoy open air shower, wildlife such as monkeys, lizards, squirrels, peacocks, parrots. Sit in the hanging chair, enjoy birdsong and swaying palm trees in the wind. When the swell is big, you can even hear waves crashing in the distance. Surf spots, restaurants, bars and shops are located within walking distance.

Studio Aurora offers a spacious studio with sleek design, spectacular ocean views and direct beach access. Just steps away from the best cafes, restaurants, bars, beaches and breaks, Studio Aurora is at the center of it all! During high season town can be busy and noise from the local bars on may disturb some guests.
