A carefully restored colonial villa in a large and quiet private garden full of nature near Ambalangoda. The villa sleeps up to 6 in 3 bedrooms with A/C, ensuite bathrooms and four poster beds: 2 doubles and one with 2 singles. The chef and houseboy living in the nearby service house will be on hand to look after you and the veranda is ideal for relaxing and dining overlooking the 40 foot pool and Madampe Lake.

New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

This villa is a gem of a property resting on a peaceful area of the massive Koggala Lake about 15 km from the historic town of Galle. It has a private jetty & it's possible to hire a boat with driver to go on a sunrise or sunset cruise around the lake. There is one bedroom upstairs with an. open plan ensuite bathroom. A 2nd double & a small twin room suitable for children are on on the ground floor. All are air con as well as over head fans. The villa comes with a Chef + house staff.

The WE2 " Wildwood Elegance Escape" is a beautifully located private Aframe looking out on to the Induruwa Kaikawala Old Rice Farming Land. Situated at the bottom of a large garden full of fruit and spice trees, the Aframe has a tropical modernist design, built using recycled timber and boasting an Attached Bathroom shower. Breakfast and provided with a smile by the host's family, who are always on hand to help with whatever you need. Birds and lizards abound in the adjoining garden.
