An upstairs apartment with the view of Crystal Lake and year around activities. Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Crystal Mountain, Traverse City, Frankfort, Lake Michigan, Point Betsie and amazing food. The beach has 2 Paddle Boards, 1 kayak, and 1 clear kayak so you can see what is going on in the Crystal Clear lake. All free to use. We live on the Betsie Valley bike trail and have bikes available to use for free. We are 20 minutes feom Crystal Mountain for snowboarders and Skiers. We have snow shoes to borrow for winter beauty on the frozen Crystal lake. Perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Our only rule is to ENJOY the beauty of Northern Michigan!

Beautiful sunrises at the private Guest Suite (the lower level of my home) nestled in the woods on Stevens Lake. Loons, birds, turkeys, bald eagle and deer may surprise you. Guest Suite has 2 bedrooms, bath and family room with fully stocked kitchenette for all your cooking needs. Private locking sliding glass door opens to the patio, gas grill, hammock and fire pit overlooking the lake. A steep walking trail and steps down to the lakefront access the dock, 2 kayaks, paddleboat & life jackets.

This new cozy cottage is perched up in the trees with beautiful views of Crystal Lake, talk about great location!!! Guests will have lakefront access, Beulah Public Beach .7 mi away, Betsy bike trails right outside your door, Crystal Mountain golf and ski resort only a 10 minute drive, Frankfort- a bike ride away, close to Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor/Fishtown/winery's/brewery's, too many to mention. Everything supplied, bedding/dishes/pot-pans/grill/firepit/bikes/kayaks.

The Penthouse Suite

Enjoy all four seasons with beautiful panoramic views. A private suite with kitchenette, full bath, bar area with 2 stools. Near wineries, beaches, hiking, biking and Sleeping Bear National Park & Lake Michigan. Herring Lake across the street. Also included is dock access (for walking/sitting) and kayaks at your own risk. Crystal Mountain fifteen minutes by car. Backyard fire pit for guests to use. Note: steep driveway in the winter you will need a four wheel drive vehicle.
