Luxury villa on the Vinkeveen lakes

Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Kom volledig tot rust en geniet van de prachtige omgeving en natuurlijk de zee en het strand. Vakantiewoning Froietoid is zeer volledig uitgerust en voorzien van perfecte bedden met gratis beddengoed(tevens gratis opgemaakt). De bedden maken wij gratis voor u op. Wij verhuren niet aan groepen jongeren. Zwembad is geopend vanaf mei tm half september.

By bus it is 20 minutes from Central Station Amsterdam en by bike about 30 minutes to the city centre of Amsterdam. Also about 25 minutes to Volendam by car.... 3 free parking places in front of the house and also a gym in the gardenhouse. Oostzaan is a Nice small village with supermarket and grocery shops on walking distance.

Buiten staat een houten eettafel, voor de kinderen is er een trampoline, het huis is kindvriendelijk Het huis bevindt zich op loopafstand van het centrum met winkels en restaurants. Het treinstation ligt op 1 km afstand. In een half uur bent u met de trein in Amsterdam. Binnen 20 minuten fiets u naar strand toe. Groepen jongeren onder de 20 zijn niet toegestaan.

Je wandelt binnen vijf minuten naar het centrum van Bergen, waar zich vele leuke restaurants en winkels bevinden. Daarnaast fiets je in 15 minuten naar het strand.
