Just a short walk to all amenities - WIN Stadium, the Wollongong Entertainment Centre (WEC) & the Illawarra Performing Arts Centre (IPAC). The train station is 100 meters from the front door of this complex and there are cafes, restaurants, shopping centres and Wollongong's amazing beaches all within walking distance or a 5 min drive.
