We're in a wonderful, safe neighborhood, 5 min from the beach by car. A 15 min walk gets you to restaurants, grocery stores and a mall. Sunset cruises, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and bike rentals are a 15 min drive away. A 20 min drive gets you to historic downtown Charleston. PLEASE NO SMOKING, PETS, OR PARTIES ON THE PROPERTY.

If you are not used to well water, the smell can sometimes be surprising. Please note: the water is safe.
